The show, hosted by Jada Pinkett Smith, alongside daughter, Willow Smith, and mother, Adrienne Banfield Norris, will return to Facebook Watch on Wednesday, September 7—and that’s not all. The show will be kicking off its premiere with former iCarly star Jennette McCurdy as the first guest at the table, according to a press release shared with Parade. The premiere episode—entitled “How Jennette McCurdy Survived Her Mom’s Abuse”—will feature the former child actress as she “bravely opens up in her first in-depth interview about the decades of torment, exploitation and manipulation inflicted by her very own mother,” a topic that is the subject of her newly-released memoir I’m Glad My Mom Died. The hosts of the Emmy-winning show will discuss McCurdy’s story, along with many other important topics in the new episodes, which are expected to be chock-full of “honest, intimate, and inspiring conversations on topics impacting each of our lives.” With every episode—which are filmed at the Smith’s family home—viewers will see three generations of “passionate and opinionated women bring their unique perspectives to real issues affecting real people.” The show has already hosted its fair share of A-listers in previous episodes, including conversations with Sandra Bullock, Paris Jackson, Kevin Hart, Demi Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow and many more.
